Your captain and chef onboard Nutmeg, Sandy and Elinor Marr, are avid world sailors and enjoy introducing people to their favorite part of the world and making new friends.

Besides being an experienced Yachtmaster with over 40,000 nautical miles as skipper, Sandy is a qualified dive master and private pilot. He was skipper for the National Sea Rescue Institute and for the “Spirit of Outwardbound” in the Phillipines, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong local waters. Sandy’s expert seamanship and enthusiasm for sailing will ensure your group a safe and exciting experience aboard Nutmeg.

Elinor is a teacher, beautician and interior decorator and enjoys sailing, tennis, snorkeling, art and cooking. Her cuisine reflects the numerous cooking courses she has taken throughout the world.
